Sensitive yet incisive coaching 

Successfully delivers performance coaching to individuals at all levels; asks penetrating and open questions to empower clients.

Familiar with coaching models such as GROW, STEER, DART and feedback models such as AID, 4 Rs; can apply them as well as convey the skills of application to clients.

When not working...

Loves to read; philosophical discussions; rides up and down the country on motorcycle; makes drawings; spends time with family.
